mikrocount® fuel - Diesel Bacteria Test Kit

The mikrocount® test kit allows you to easily find out whether your fuel tank is contaminated by bacteria. The test kit is suitable for all diesel types, including bio-diesel. The kit is designed exclusively for this specific testing procedure and contains a sealed test bottle with nutrient solution, a sterile vial, a sterile pipette, a pair of disposable gloves and a detailed manual.

Application:
Simply put the gloves on, use the pipette to take a fuel sample from the tank and empty it into the vial. Close the vial and hit it against your hand a few times, in order to dissolve the gel. Now shake the bottle until the fuel sample is completely mixed together with the gel. Then, hit the bottle a few more times against your hand, until a gel layer forms. Then put the bottle with the gel layer into a warm (22-28 ° C) and dark place. After 1-4 days, the result is visible and can be evaluated on the basis of the sample images.
