OPEN SEA Life Raft

Designed and constructed specifically for the open seas: they comply with all requirements of international yacht racing standards, ISO 9650 and ISAF approved. These life rafts are designed to inflate correctly at temperatures between -15°C and 65°C.

Made out of special fabric. This life raft offers light weight, high stability and good visibility. The 240 liter ballast system provides optimum stability and the aluminum-coated foam bottom ensures great isolation and comfort in an emergency situation. An internal ladder is connected to an external ladder and an additional boarding ramp to facilitate boarding into the life raft. The ZODIAC OPEN SEA life raft has a bright orange, self-inflating roof for maximum headroom. For better location at night, reflective strips are mounted on and under the canopy, as well as a self-activating signal light.

The OPEN SEA is available for 4, 6, 8 or 10 persons. Each model is available either in a bag or in a container. Standard Equipment: two separate buoyancy tubes, sea anchor, boarding-ladder, righting strap and enough emergency supplies for up to 24 hours.

The OPEN SEA ISO 9650 life raft has a 12 years guarantee. It complies with 3 year service interval regulations.
